The M5 MALL is the largest multi-purpose shopping centre in Ryazan; it has fundamentally changed the city’s retail environment. The total leasing area of the centre is 66,500m2. The M5 MALL includes a food hypermarket, more than 100 outlets of well-known brands, various restaurants, and a multiplex cinema with five screens. The facility includes an outdoor car park for 2,500 cars, a self-service car wash and a tyre service centre.
The M5 MALL in Ryazan is located on the intersection of the M5 Motorway between Moscow and Ryazan, the city’s Northern Ring Road and the Mikhailovo Road. Ryazan is 190km southeast of Moscow. The city has a population of 534,800 and the region’s population totals 1,148,457.
Shuttle buses to M5 provide access for customers from all around the city. Since the opening of the Northern Ring Road and the intersection with the М5 Motorway, the driving time from more remote areas has been shortened and the number of visitors to the centre has increased.
