PPF Real Estate Russia continues its extensive renovation of Nevsky Centre. The new concept includes the transformation of the shopping mall: setting up new public spaces, using cutting-edge design solutions, and, of course, attracting a renewed pool of tenants. Although the renovation has only just begun, Nevsky Centre has already updated its tenants’ mix by a quarter, attracting well-known Russian brands that will become anchor tenants for the shopping mall:
- Zolotoye Yabloko (Golden Apple) perfume supermarket (1,700 sq. m)
- Azbuka Vkusa deluxe supermarket (2,200 sq. m)
- Technopark premium home appliances and electronics store (2,000 sq. m)
- Ginza Project food hall (to open in the summer of 2021) will bring together 25 different restaurant concepts (2,800 sq. m).
Since the end of 2019, PPF Real Estate Russia has renovated 25% of Nevsky Centre’s GLA. Most of the work on updating the tenant-mix was carried out during the coronavirus pandemic. Apart from major anchor tenants, this year, agreements were concluded with Wolford, Garson, Sokolov, EPL Diamonds, Alexander Bogdanov, and others.
