In 2015, PPF Real Estate Holding B.V. and Hines Russia & Poland Fund (HPRF) jointly acquired two office buildings in the Metropolis Business Centre (buildings I and III) with a combined Gross Business Area (GBA) of 80 000m² and Gross Leasable Area (GLA) of 55 000m². The Metropolis Business Centre was built in 2009 and is one of the most high-quality, successful class A projects in Russia. The main tenants of the office space include Hewlett-Packard; Abbott; Schlumberger; Dell; Western Union; H&M; Puma; VF; and other international companies. The Metropolis Business Centre is situated in the North Administrative District of Moscow, near Voikovskaya metro station and has excellent transport links.
